VCMusic is a web-based music aggregator that searches and plays public audio/video content legally embedded from YouTube exactly as permitted by the YouTube IFrame Player API. We do not host, store, or distribute any MP3, MP4, or copyrighted media files on our servers.

3. Intellectual Property

All content played through this application remains the property of their respective copyright holders. We do not claim ownership of the music, thumbnail images, or video metadata fetched through the official API.

4. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "AS IS". VCMusic shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service.
